Giacobazzi's does not sell, trade or rent your personal information in any form to any outside parties.

We can prepare certain orders within a few hours but it is safer to give us 48 hours notice for your order. 3 days notice are always recommended for our homemade dishes. Please refer to the order details given for each product. We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However if products become unexpectedly popular they may be out of stock for a short while. We will advise you of this when you place your order.

We do not yet take payments over the internet, we will phone you for the payment details.

PARTY DELIVERY

We deliver all around the local area (NW1, NW2, NW3, NW5, NW8, NW11, N2, N6).

Notice: 7 days are required for orders of 20 people or more. 3 days notice are always recommended.

Delivery times: Everyday by previous arrangement.

COURIER DELIVERY

We deliver to anywhere in England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands.

Notice and restrictions: There are some restrictions on what we can send by courier. Please refer to the order details given for each product. We aim to have all items in stock at all times. However if products become unexpectedly popular they may be out of stock for a short while. If the item is not available we aim to provide you with it as soon as possible, or if not available with something similar.

Delivery times and details:
Delivery cost for packages upto 10kg weight = £5.00

Each kilogram over 10kg = £1.50

Delivery times vary depending on when your order is placed, delivery will be either next day by 5pm or the day after by 5pm.

Minimum order:

Orders over £50.00 will be delivered free of charge, weight must be under 10 Kg. Please quote MRW1 when you place your order.

Delivery times: Monday and Friday afternoons. Orders from Friday night to Monday morning will be delivered on Monday afternoon. Orders from Monday night to Friday morning will be delivered on Friday afternoon. We will always contact you to confirm your order.

check your goods as soon as possible after receipt and report any shortages or damaged items to us within 24 hours. Goods will be replaced or refunded if they are found to be inedible, broken or if a problem has occurred during production.

Orders are taken till 12am and after 2pm.

Collection is possible at any time but remember that collecting at lunch time may take longer than expected depending on how busy the shop is.

LUNCH DELIVERIES can be made nearby the shop by one of our assistants:

- for orders over £15-20

- till 12:30am and after 2pm

- by previous arrangement
